Another Year...Thank God

God has blessed me to make another year of life, 27 years on this earth.

I was planning on doing the 30 days of thanks with Alabamabrands. I then got busy...

I did want to give thanks for God blessing me with another birthday. I truly can say that God has blessed me abundantly in my 27 years. I know is plans of good and not of evil for me for my future. I am glad that I decided to put my faith and trust in Him. It was when I was 17 that I truly gave my heart to Lord (100%, no games) and in December, LW, God will have kept me saved from sin for 10 years. Thank God!

God has blessed me with a great family, my mom, dad and sister who I love alot!
God has blessed me with a great extended family, whom I love all so much!
God has blessed me with a wonderful church family, I am glad for all of them, and love them lots!
God has blessed me with many natural things, that without God's goodness they would've never been mine!

Praise God for IS good to Israel...

Psalms 90:9, 12,16,17

For all our days are passed away in thy wrath: we spend our years as a tale that is told. So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom. Let thy work appear unto thy servants, and thy glory unto their children. And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.

Ps. 91:9-16

My Sister's 30th Birthday!

My sister turned 30 yesterday (Sept. 20th)!! Wow, it is hard to believe we have gotten so old (I know it is all relative...) She came in from Phoenix and my mom and I spent the day with her.

I took her to get a massage and her hair done. Then we went out to eat. I was nice. We reminisced about our times growing up... She wanted to go to a vegetarian restaurant. Blind Faith Cafe is one of our favorites but it was all the way on the north side (we were on the south side at the time). So we went to Mellow Yellow in Hyde Park. We had been there probably 15 years ago (that was something that was hard for us to grasp - we can actually remember something clearly from 15 YEARS AGO!!...sadly it's more than that...I know it only gets worse and we WILL learn to live with it, aghh...) it was still good food! Highly recommended. Hopefully I will get some pictures up.

Tonight we are celebrating with the rest of the family at my uncle's house. I will take pictures...

It was nice to have a couple days off work too!
