Jena 6
I think the Jena 6 situation warrants a space on my blog. For those who know others who have been affected by the wrongness of the justice system, this does not come as a surprise. A couple of saints at church have sons in prison for situations where the punishment DOES NOT fit the crime...we've got to pray and do what we can to change these situations.

this is so sad. I'd like to think that racism doesn't exist anymore because I don't see it on a day-to-day basis, but sadly that's not the case.
